Our History
Intelletrace was founded in 2001 by network engineers Dave Ranghiasci (our COO/CFO) and Dean Zerbe (CTO)—consultants who wanted to provide a high level of service. As demand for their telecom expertise grew, so did their need for a team that followed their values. In 2004, Intelletrace welcomed two sales leaders in the telecom space, including Marc Alciati (CEO).
When the market shifted in 2008, the need for outsourcing was in high demand . . . and Intelletrace was far ahead of others in the industry recognizing this need. Intelletrace shifted from a consulting firm and wholesaler of internet and data services to a full-scale managed service provider, offering comprehensive professional and managed IT services of the full network hardware stack, working with the leading vendors. As always, our goal is to enhance your operation and create efficiencies, backed by our core corporate values.
