Intelletrace offers many different ways of meeting your network management budget and needs.
Offer 1: Call us when you need us 24x7. We can support you at an hourly rate or a per device monthly reoccurring rate that includes all the support you need.
Offer 2: SmartNet like support with the full network in mind. All of the features of “Offer 1” with the addition of hardware replacement. We can do this by next day or a spare hardware sitting on site for you immediately available to you if you need it.
Offer 3: Active monitoring and response. This is a per device monthly charge for Intelletrace to install a probe in your network. Our 24x7 NOC will monitor the probes and alerts. We proactively look for errors or packet loss that can indicate a network issue. If an issue is found we step in to identify the root cause and resolve the issue. This includes your local network and your Internet Connection.
Offer 4: Active monitoring and response with hardware replacement. This is similar to offer 3 but we add hardware replacement.
Offer 5: The Works, Intelletrace will fully manage your network from A to Z. We can place an Intelletrace staff member on site full time or part time. If you have someone in mind, we can train to specifically manage your network.
Internet connections with remote access are required for all offerings. All support is remote. If you request or need onsite support, it is included. All you will need to pay is the travel & lodging if needed. Hardware replacement is at the discretion of Intelletrace and may include refurbished hardware fully backed by a 4x manufacturer warranty.
